CALISHA

THERAPIST

Calisha graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her fieldwork research included volunteering as a therapeutic classroom teacher assistant at a non-profit organization in Washington state that provides therapy in a classroom setting to infants and toddlers who have suffered from neglect and abuse.

Calisha’s previous employment included neurosurgical research at her university, teaching two to four year old classrooms with the Reggio Emilia philosophy, and aiding Speech, Occupational, Behavioral, and Physical therapy at the International Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment.  Her passion and desire is to be able to provide equal care and compassion to all children, regardless of their challenges and diagnosis.

Calisha is an advocate for positive parenting, likes trekking in nature, and is a foodie.
