Sabrina Lauren Sim holds a combined degree in Science in Communication from Bottega University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the College of Allied Educators Singapore, and a Master’s in Counselling from HELP University. With experience in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds, she is dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance.
Passionate about fostering stronger family connections, Sabrina strives to bridge gaps between individuals, helping them navigate challenges and build healthier relationships. In her current role as a Consultant, she works closely with families and trainers, building and maintaining meaningful connections to better understand their needs and provide tailored support.
Outside of her professional life, Sabrina enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations, exploring new perspectives, and continuously expanding her knowledge in the field of mental health.
