Nadjya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon, where she deepened her understanding of human development, behaviour, and the importance of early intervention. Her passion for developmental psychology was sparked during her high school years, when she first learned about how early childhood experiences can shape an individual’s lifelong emotional, cognitive, and social outcomes.
This early interest evolved into a strong commitment to supporting children during their most formative years. Nadjya believes that with the right guidance and environment, every child has the potential to thrive—regardless of the challenges they may face.
She joined the Singapore Brain Development Centre with the aim of making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental and learning needs. Nadjya is especially focused on building strong, trusting relationships with the children she works with, while tailoring strategies that nurture their individual strengths. Her approach is centred on empathy, patience, and consistency, all within a safe and supportive therapeutic space.
