TRAINING MANAGER

Qi Min graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor in Psychology.

With over nine years of experience working with children with special learning needs,  Qi Min has a very strong passion for them and is equipped with a unique skill set to provide support for their specific demands. She is constantly seeking opportunities to apply her knowledge and skills for the continuous improvement and development of these children’s learning and environment. She believes that all children can achieve their fullest potential in the presence of a suitable setting and with adequate support.
 
Besides interacting with the children, Qi Min also enjoys connecting with parents, caregivers and anyone who is part of a child’s ecosystem. She has a strong conviction that it takes a village to raise a child!
